Please Note: The Sri Lankan High Commission does not have the authority to issue passports. All applications are forwarded to the Controller of Immigration and Emigration in Colombo and once the Controller is satisfied that all requirements have been met, a new passport will be issued. Current turn-around time is 8-12 weeks before a new passport is received in this office.
